Are you worried about protecting your family from a economic crisis or other man-made or natural disaster?...
...You can prevent CRISIS from turning into TRAGEDY!
Dear Friends,
Hi, I'm Jeff Davis, owner and founder of The Ready Store. I've been running my own emergency preparedness business for nearly 10 years now. Like you, I understand what it means to balance budgets and priorities and how difficult it is to struggle through all the natural disasters, economic crises, and man-made emergencies that constantly besiege us. That's why I'm always looking for new, better, and more affordable ways to help people prepare for disaster. During all the past ten years I've noticed something, you've probably noticed it too, and it's a little disturbing...
"Crisis and Disasters are Getting Worse and Occuring More Frequently..."
I mean, just look at recent headlines and you'll see the kind of stuff that's going on which has become common place, stuff that doesn't even make the front page anymore because it happens ALL THE TIME...

So, if you've ever found yourself watching the news and thinking "This is CRAZY!" you're not alone and you're not wrong. And if you've found yourself wondering if a financial crisis or a natural disaster or some other emergency is going to affect your family... and how your family might deal with it if one were to occur... stop wondering IF something will happen, because I can tell you right now that something WILL happen.
"It is just a matter of WHEN and HOW BAD... not IF something will happen..."
Now all of this is crazy and out-of-control, and literally out-of-YOUR-control and totally unpredictable. Something terrible could happen, or something minor could happen, like the other week when all the drinking water in my city was contaminated with bacteria and nobody could drink the water for days. But here's the real problem. We've become dependent! I love this quote from Thomas Jefferson...
|
"Dependence begets subservience"
- Thomas Jefferson: 3rd President of the United States
|
Think about it for a minute. How do you survive? Food... Water... Shelter... and where do we get those things from... SOMEBODY ELSE. Let's break down the process of something basic, getting food for my family, so you can see what I mean and so you can see why it could be a BIG PROBLEM when something bad does happen. Remember... not IF but WHEN...
- I drive to the store...
• I'm dependent on the oil companies - I can't make gasoline myself
• I'm dependent on the store - I can't make food myself
- I buy food with my debit card...
• I'm dependent on the government - I can't control the value of my money
• I'm dependent on the bank - I can't transfer my money
• I'm dependent on the power/phone companies - I can't use my debit card
- I cook my food and feed my family...
• I'm dependent on the gas company - I can't cook my food without gas
You see what I mean? The way things are I can't feed my family by myself. I'm dependent on the system working. It's the same thing with water. What if something happened to the pump stations or my local municipal water treatment facilities. How would I get water? Do I have some way to get water elsewhere, or to treat it so it is safe to drink? What about shelter? Am I dependent for someone else on that too? Yes... Most of us are dependent on our employers to give us a paycheck or the bank will take our house. This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Gerald Ford that is so relevant and so timely...
|
"A government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have."
- Gerald Ford: 38th President of the United States
|
Now don't get me wrong... I love our government, and I would die protecting my country if I needed to. Our system of government is by far the best in the world, without question, and our situation works fantastic. I have a great standard of living, the basic necessities for survival and comfort are provided for, stable, and in abundance... for now. BUT THAT IS SO FRAGILE! All it would take is for one thing to happen... one thing... but there are a million things that could happen that would bring us to our knees in a few heartbeats. I allready had an earthquake not too far from my home, it didn't damage anything but it could have. My water was contaminated. It didn't cause a huge problem, but it could have. So what I'm saying is how many times are you going to say "it could have" before you say "it DID." It's like playing Russian Roulette with life. So here's the issue...
"WHEN the system hiccups, or breaks, or completely falls apart... Your out of luck... you won't be able to feed your family..."
Sure you can have extra food in your pantry and even long-term food storage for a while, but you're still dependent. That's not self sufficiency. You're food is going to run out... and what do you do then? You probably won't be able to buy more, becuase if you've used it all that probably means the system isn't working so you won't buy more. Most likely, there isn't anymore food anyway. Look what happens when there was a hurricane... or people got scared from the swine flu...
Now a lot of people may think that when something bad happens it will all be OK. You may think the government will take care of you. But the government takes days or sometimes weeks or even months to respond. I mean look what happened with Hurricane Katrina, or look what is happened with the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. It will be months before they finally figure it out. Ronald Reagan explains what happens when we have the mentality of "Someone else will take care of it"...
|
"To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last - but eat you he will. "
- Ronald Reagan: 40th President of the United States
|
"You don't have to get eaten by the crocodile... and you don't have to be dependent...
you can feed your family by yourself!"
Someone else's problem will eventually become our problems, and there isn't much we can do to stop most of it. We may not be able to control what happens to us, but we don't have to leave everything to chance. I love this quote by former President Calvin Coolidge...
|
"Those who trust to chance must abide by the results of chance."
- Calvin Coolidge: 30th President of the United States
|
I believe that emergencies and disasters are often only as bad as people allow them to be. So are you as prepared as you need to be? Do you have a plan for when a natural disaster strikes or when the economy crashes... AGAIN? We don't have to play Russian Roulette! You can do ONE SIMPLE THING that will take the chance out of the situation...
"No more dependence. No more subservience. No more uncertainty... You can be in control."
Like I said... the solution isn't complicated. Just one thing can put you in control of feeding your family. Not just for 72-hours... or two weeks, but for years... or even generations. Now it won't get you water or shelter, but it will give you and your family food, and plenty of it. Like Calvin Coolidge said...
|
"We cannot do everything at once, but we can do something at once."
- Calvin Coolidge: 30th President of the United States
|
So what is that one simpe thing?.... A GARDEN... That's right... I told you it was simple, but I'm not talking about just any garden. The gardens you're used are probably grown from seeds you get at the store in little paper packets. Hybrid, genetically-modified seeds that are STERILE... the seeds from the plants grown by most regular seeds won't grow new plants!...
"I'm talking about a garden from seeds that make more seeds... a perpetual food supply!"
We have a product... designed specifically for crisis gardens... carefully developed by the best seed experts and emergency experts in the industry...
The ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™. Its called a SEEDSAFE™ because it keeps the SEEDS and YOU safe. These are Non-Hybrid, Non-GMO, Open-Pollinated, Heirloom Seeds. They're called heirloom seeds because you can pass them on... like an heirloom. A crisis garden is the perfect solution for a failsafe against disaster, economic crisis, or anything you can think of when food is scarce and money is tight, gone, or worthless, or for when you want to learn how to be more self-reliant. I'm sure by now your saying to yourself "This is a good idea" but let me show you how simple and self-reliant this really is...
- You OWN the seeds.
- You GROW the garden.
- You EAT the food.
- You HARVEST the seeds.
...repeat step 1 through 4... over and over again...
See how simple that is?... and I'm not even to the good part yet... it gets incredible.
"The ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™ contains nearly 25,000 seeds... Enough to plant a full acre of food for your family!"
If you have a hard time visualizing how big an acre is, it is more than 44,000 square feet, or as big as the footprint of 15 average-size homes! That's a lot of garden! These are seeds that can be grown easily, naturally, and organically. Open-pollination means that these seeds, unlike the hybrid seeds that most retailers sell, aren't sterile—you can harvest seeds from your crops and use them over and over again. So you aren’t just buying enough seeds to fill an acre for one year—you’re buying a garden that for acres and acres... for your kids and your kid's kids!
This isn't just a garden of basic, bland foods. This is a garden of delicious, colorful, nutritious, and flavorful fruits and vegetables. To maximize variety and to promote a balanced, nutrition rich diet, we carefully selected 21 DIFFERENT TYPES OF SEEDS, including tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, watermelon, pumpkins, jalapeños, and many others...
"We developed this specifically to yield the MAXIMUM NUTRITIONAL DENSITY
possible in 1-acre!"
Every one of these seeds has been dried carefully using cutting-edge state-of-the-art technology according to federally mandated regulations and placed in Triple layer moisture-lock resealable mylar pouches so they will retain their optimal amount of moisture in the seed and maximize the capacity produce food as well as prolong the storage life.... and you can re-use the pouches to store harvested seeds. "As you can see... these aren't your regular little paper pouches. These contain a
HUGE NUMBER of seeds in every pouch."
You will have more than enough seeds, even making some mistakes, and ultimately produce a VERY LARGE HARVEST. This full acre of food can not only be used to feed your family, but it generate income, or could be used to barter and can also be used to store food for winter, and remember... you can harvest the seeds... so you can plant the same thing all over again the next year!
And now for the best part... I told you it gets incredible... and it does.
So when we were developing this product we were curious... How much food would this thing actually make? We actually went through and did all the calculations... it took a while... how many seeds we have of each variety... how many seeds per plant... what is the germination rates of each seed variety... how many plants we would get... how many fruits per plant... the average weight per fruit... the average cost per pound or per fruit you would pay at the grocery store...AND THE RESULTS WERE UNBELIEVALBE! We had to triple check our numbers because I thought something was wrong... but the number were right...
"You can grow over 21,000 lbs of produce! That's over $33,000 worth of real food"
See... that's INCREDIBLE isn't it? Our ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™ could independently provide enough fresh, produce to feed your family for easily a year... at least! You could probably even split it in half and make it last two years. And one of the best parts... it would be ALL ORGANICALLY GROWN! Try going to the grocery store and buying 21,000 lbs of organic produce for $33,000... that stuff is expensive! Plus... if you live in a state where they charge you food tax you could save yourself over $2,000 in food taxes (which are on the rise) and not have to deal with possible pesticide poisoning or old produce that you find at grocery stores. Now THAT is independence and FREEDOM! I love this quote by Arthur Baldwin about freedom...
|
"Freedom is not something that can be given. Freedom is something people take, and people are as free as they want to be."
- James Arthur Baldwin: American Writer & Essayist
|
"We've had customers plant these seeds after more than 10 YEARS and they still germinate!"
That's ten years of freedom for the taking! Because of our state-of-the-art drying, sealing and packaging process, our ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™ will last for 5 years or more! So all you have to do is stash it somewhere safe for the day when you really need them. Then don't worry about it for years. The durable plastic container is weather-resistant and sealed with a water-tight o-ring, so you could even bury it if you want to. The Triple layer moisture-lock resealable mylar pouches are snugly tucked into the food-grade 1-gallon plastic container for easy storage, including a hinged lid for easy access to all your seeds once its opened.
Now I have a word of caution for you....
"Only buy PROPERLY PRESERVED seeds! "
Other companies sell a similar product to the ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™and some even have the gall to claim a similar long shelf-life but they don't follow industry-standard best-practice procedures. SOME DON'T EVEN FOLLOW FEDERAL REGULATIONS! So make sure the seeds you buy have the following critical features... otherwise you dont' know what you're getting and you could throwing away your money!...
- Triple-Layer mylar pouches.
Some competitors use single-layer mylar or even paper pouches that don't provide a reliable seal or adequate protection from air and moisture.
- Properly-Labeled germination rates.
Some competitors don't have include tested germination rates because they haven't tested their seeds!
.
- Moisture-Controlled drying process.
Some competitors don't control the moisture content while drying which leaves seeds too wet so they rot or too dry so they won't germinate.
- Hermetically-Sealed packaging.
The federal government closely regulates "Hermetically Sealed" seeds to ensure the quality of properly preserved seeds. If they are not "Hermetically Sealed" they are not properly stored and most-likely not properly dryed!
Our seed experts have done EXTENSIVE TESTING to ensure you are buying the very best open-pollinated, non-hybrid seeds available anywhere. We also make sure you know exactly what you're getting by adding a label according to federal regulations with the packaging date, location, germination rate, weight, and purity of the seeds provided right on every triple-layered mylar pouch. And remember...each of these pouches can also be resealed with the sturdy zip-lock top, so it will be easy to re-store harvested seeds in these already-labeled pouches!
Now you may live in an inhospitable climate, or are worried about short-season climates... STOP WORRYING RIGHT NOW! Many of these seed varieties were chosen because of their recommendation for short-season climates and their excellent adaptability for climates. The growth rate and yield of the produce will of course vary from area to area, but the ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™ will be able to provide food for you family without any outside assistance in almost any climate.
|
"Your success as a family, our success as a society, depends not on what happens at the White House, but what happens inside your house."
- Barbara Bush: Former First Lady of the United States
|
And since these seeds were also chosen because of their high germination rate, growing your garden will be even easier than you think. We also chose these seeds because they have high nutrition density—this means that eating a variety of these seeds can keep you healthy and give you the vital nutrients you need every day. Remember, because of
seed shortages, it is difficult to find this many quality seeds in one place - so don't pass up this opportunity to make sure you and your family are all taken care of!
For a whopping 25,000 seeds and 21,000 pounds of produce, you'd think that our Ready Garden could cost a fortune, but it is our goal to actually help people prepare for any disaster or emergency. That’s why we have set the price as low as we possibly can... only $69.95!
"Grow farm-fresh food for YEARS!
For less than the cost of 2-weeks of groceries!"
I'm sorry... but to me...that is a no-brainer folks! If you were to order this many open pollinated, non-hybrid seeds individually, you'd have to visit many different websites and stores to get our nutritionally balanced variety and it would end up costing you hundreds of dollars. Most importantly, you simply can't find seeds that match the exceptional quality of the ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™elswhere. In truth, a small investment of $69.95 is nothing compared to things you already buy: it costs less than a good pair of jeans or less than many people's monthly cell phone bill. The difference is... THIS INVESTMENT CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE someday AND at least will provide you with endless, healthy produce.
So the answer to the question... "What's worth more than gold but costs less than beef jerky?".... seeds! Just think about it this way... many people worried about debilitating disasters or crisis buy gold as a way to safegaurd their future. If you calculate the cost of the ReadyGarden™ 1-Acre SEEDSAFE™ divided by the number of ounces of seeds (20.16) the seeds only costs $3.46 per ounce. When I last check on June 7th 2010, gold costs more than $1,239.77 per ounce, and the price of gold is supposed to keep going up!
"An ounce of our seeds will yield $1,643.00 worth of food"
Do you know how much gold you could buy with $69.95?... 0.1007 ounces.... that's right... only one tenth of an ounce. Most people who buy gold don't actually HAVE gold they are just buying a certificate that they own gold and some of them don't even have a physical certificate, just some bits and bytes in a computer that could get wiped out with one EMP. How valuable is that going to be when the system falls apart and YOUR gold is thousands of miles away on the other side of the country and you can't even prove it is yours? I mean what are you going to do with gold anyway.... buy food? The real question is... when it comes down to it...
"WHEN things get bad...
Would you rather have:
1. A PIECE of PAPER with some number on it?
OR...
2. A tiny piece of PIECE of METAL?
OR...
3. A BUCKET FULL of SEEDS that you can actually feed your family with."
Let's be honest too... if you don't spend the $69.95 now on these seeds... when something happens are you still going to have that money? The way it goes at my household, I probably will have spent it allready on something trivial. So you might as well act now and ensure that you and your family are taken care of before the its too late. As I always say...
